COOKIE POLICY
Last updated: 11 September 2026
1. WHAT ARE COOKIES
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow a website to recognise your device and remember certain information about your visit, such as the contents of your shopping cart or whether you are logged in.
2. COOKIES WE USE
Fabricarizoma uses cookies for one purpose only: to make the Website work. We do not use cookies for analytics, advertising, social media, or any other tracking purpose, and we do not share cookie data with third parties.
We use the following categories of cookies:
| Cookie type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Session cookie | Keeps track of your shopping cart and browsing session as you move between pages of the Website, so items you add aren't lost | Expires when you close your browser or after a short period of inactivity |
| Authentication cookie | Keeps you logged in if you have an account, and verifies you are who you say you are on subsequent requests | Expires on logout or after a set session period |
| Cookie name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| SESSION_TOKEN | fabricarizoma.com | Shopping cart / session management | Session |
| AUTH_TOKEN | fabricarizoma.com | Authentication | 28 days |
3. NO ANALYTICS, MARKETING, OR THIRD-PARTY COOKIES
We do not use cookies for website analytics, advertising, retargeting, or social media integration, and no third party places cookies on your device through the Website. If this ever changes, we will update this Cookie Policy and, where required, ask for your consent before deploying any new cookie.
4. LEGAL BASIS
The cookies described in Section 2 are strictly necessary for the Website to function — for example, to keep your shopping cart intact as you browse, or to keep you signed in. Under Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code (implementing the ePrivacy Directive) and Garante guidance, strictly necessary cookies of this kind do not require your prior consent, though we are still required to inform you about them, which this policy does.
5. MANAGING COOKIES
Because we only use strictly necessary cookies, disabling them may prevent core features of the Website — such as maintaining your shopping cart, completing a purchase, or staying logged in — from working correctly.
You can still control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Blocking these cookies may mean you are unable to complete a purchase through the Website.
6. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If we introduce any new cookie — including any analytics, marketing, or third-party cookie — we will update this Cookie Policy and request your consent beforehand where required by law.
